There are two marinas on Jekyll Island, the Jekyll Wharf is the first you come to before the highway bridge. You will see the tour boats named Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, and Olgethorpe. This is the famous Jekyll Club where the wealthy spent their winters and the rest of us were not allowed. It is also where the Federal Reserve was founded in 1911.
After you pass under the highway bridge you will be beside the Jekyll Harbor Marina and Seejay's Cafe and Pub. The Low Country Boil buffet is tasty.
